Objective and target group: In-service training to impart “media and IT skills” for trainers in companies.
MIKA seminars combine two innovative learning concepts to meet the high demands of in-service training. The flipped classroom concept combines free time management and initial thematic preparation. The respective modules are preceded by short thematic introductions via interactive learning modules and use playful elements to build on the same level of knowledge in the respective course. The blended learning format combines face-to-face events with webinars. As a result, you are more location-independent, save costs and achieve a more differentiated learning success.
In the classroom course, you will learn about the seminar process and what is behind the self-learning phase, transfer task and blended learning. The model of the complete action will be deepened and you will be able to derive a self-selected and practice-oriented work process of your everyday professional life from it. You will become familiar with MIKA tools such as Padlet, Answer Garden and Oncoo. The project work you develop is integrated into the complete action model – as the anchor of in-company vocational training. With your project work, you will develop your personal competence as a trainer in the digital transformation. The tools you have learned will be integrated into the project work. In addition, you will be able to assess the significance of digitalization for training more appropriately and you will certainly be able to understand the world of your trainees a little better.
is a seminar concept to promote media and IT skills. The further training program is aimed at (in-company) training personnel. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), developed at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training and tested with five practice partners (chambers of crafts, chambers of industry and commerce and vocational training centers).
The target group of the MIKA seminars is the training personnel: in other words, all persons who are entrusted with in-company training across all sectors and regardless of the size of the company. First and foremost the training personnel (with AdA certificate) in the companies: Full-time trainers, but also training specialists who train alongside their specialist work (without an AdA certificate).
