The AdA examination fee (IHK) for both parts of the examination, currently €210.00, is not included. This must be paid directly to the IHK.

For cancellations made on or after 15 May 2026, the full seminar fee is payable.

Target:

Do you want to train people? This seminar prepares you optimally for the trainer aptitude test. You will acquire extensive knowledge and skills for your future work as a trainer in your company. In addition, your vocational and educational skills will be significantly enhanced. You will work through typical examination situations in practical exercises and thus be optimally prepared for the trainer aptitude test.


IHK examinations: Trainer aptitude test (AdA)

The trainer aptitude examination (AdA examination) is divided into two parts: a written examination and an oral examination. Both examinations are taken before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).

Preparation for the practical examination:

30 September 2026 | 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
1 October 2026 | 8.00 am – 1.00 pm

Practical examination before the autumn holidays (dates for the second half of the year have not yet been published by the IHK).
