Introduction:
Generation Z is the term used to describe those born after 1995 who are discerning and meaningful. They are better networked, more comprehensively informed and less committed to a company. Generation Z also has different expectations of the world of work than previous age cohorts. In order to find a generation-specific approach and understand their expectations of the world of work, it is important to look at their values and preferences.
Goals:
After the workshop, you will be familiar with the key values, behaviors and expectations of Generation Z. You will know where there is potential for conflict when working with other generations in the workplace. In addition, you will have developed practical recommendations for action on key aspects of working with young people – such as information intake, learning preferences, leadership and communication.
