Apprentices in all training occupations in the first year of training

Target:

A great start to your career will always be remembered positively. We want to make the start of your trainees’ training interesting, varied and agile. Through numerous team tasks, exercises and discussions, your trainees will learn a great deal about business etiquette, the do’s and don’ts in everyday working life and how to act professionally in unfamiliar situations. They will learn how to behave correctly in a team and in a new environment and how to communicate skillfully with customers, colleagues and superiors.

Benefit:

Through the right behavior in the professional environment, the trainees arrive better in the training and we prevent misunderstandings, conflicts and the termination of training. This one-day seminar lays the foundation for a successful start to training.

  • Greetings & salutations
    – Greetings and salutations
    – Knowing the distance zones
    – Mastering the four-part greeting bridge
  • Introduce & make yourself known to new colleagues
  • To be on first-name terms or to be on first-name terms – what is the right form of address in the workplace?
  • CulturRallye – Knowing the rules makes life easier!
    – Basics of communication in everyday working life: asking questions and talking about problems in the trainee’s everyday life
  • Avoiding misunderstandings and conflicts – how they arise and what trainees can do about them.
  • Skillfully using small talk with colleagues and customers
  • Giving and receiving feedback is not always easy – how we implement it professionally!
  • Learning teamwork and team rules through play – only together can we reach the goal!
  • Together we create a trainee guide for the right behavior in the company.

 

Lecturer:

Sandra Beer is a business psychologist, communication trainer and trained retail business economist and retail clerk specializing in textiles. With her many years of experience in retail, her sound psychological expertise and her flair for interpersonal communication, she supports trainees with a great deal of commitment and practical relevance. At the “Trainee Starter Day”, she provides valuable impulses for a successful start to professional life.
