Target:

The aim of the seminar is to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of project and process management. They will learn the basics of project management, including planning, implementation and control, as well as the use of project management software. In process management, they are trained in the alignment of processes with corporate strategies and the presentation of processes. In addition, the benefits of coaching in the transformation process are explained and practiced. Another focus is on interface management in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of projects and processes.
