Registration for vocational school
The following steps are necessary for the registration of trainees at the vocational school of the Textilakademie NRW:
Registration for vocational school
For registration, the training company must use the online form “Registration for vocational school” and send it together with the required attachments (copy of the last certificate with the highest qualification achieved to date and copy of the IHK registration).

Subsidy contribution
In order to maintain the quality of teaching and educational support at the vocational school at a high level, the companies providing training are asked to make a “vocational school funding contribution”.

In addition, trainees must (as usual) register with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) responsible for the company.
School transfer
For companies that are not based in North Rhine-Westphalia, it is also necessary to apply for a “school referral” from the responsible school authority.
