Online training: Management meetings – communicating clearly, directly and solution-focused with trainees

Online via MS Teams; we would prefer participants to join with their cameras switched on.

  • Trainers and skilled workers providing training
  • Team and shift leaders with training or support tasks
  • Employees who instruct or accompany trainees or new colleagues

Language:
The seminar will be held in German.

Objectives:
Participants refresh their communication techniques and learn how to speak clearly, motivationally and appropriately to the situation in their day-to-day work with trainees – even when things get difficult.

They take away concrete tools for giving instructions clearly, giving targeted feedback and getting to the heart of conversations.
