Seminar “Learning modules to support and accompany teaching”

The modules can be booked together in various combinations or each module can be booked individually.

Face-to-face seminar at the Textilakademie NRW, Rheydter Str. 329, 41065 Mönchengladbach

Costs (the modules are exempt from VAT):
385.00 € per module

Target group:
New trainees for the 2025/2026 school year in all training occupations at the vocational school of the Textilakademie NRW.

Language:
The seminar will be held in German.

Module 1 – German:

  • Reading comprehension to improve understanding of text and content
  • Course modules, including spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Written and oral communication, including emails and short presentations

Module 2 – Chemistry:

  • The structure of substances and their chemical and physical properties
  • The periodic table of elements
  • Element symbols and chemical notation
  • Key chemical equations (acid, base and redox reactions)

Modul 3 – Basic knowledge of mathematics

  • Unit conversions, including units of length, area, mass and volume
  • Area calculations, including basics, perimeter and area
  • Fractions, including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions
  • Percentage calculations, simple percentage calculations with a reduced base value
  • Rule of three, simple rule of three
  • Precision calculations
  • Length- and area-related measurements
