Content:
This seminar is about maintaining or regaining self-care, resilience and performance. Where speed and efficiency are required, the individual is increasingly important. How do you deal with the flood of data and the pressure of expectations (from others and yourself)? How do you master persistent additional stress or even crises with self-competence? The seminar clarifies what stress actually is and how it develops. It focuses on the individual sources of stress and how to deal with perceived stress. Resilient people are able to deal with inhibiting factors and difficult events in their (professional) life in a more constructive way.

Didactics and methodology:
In order to optimally promote the learning and recognition of the participants, the seminar relies on a change of method: impulse lectures by the lecturer, discussions, individual and group work by the participants as well as mapping or online queries via cell phone are part of the webinar. The lecturer encourages dialogical exchange and works with a (hypno-)systemic consulting approach.
Goal and benefits:
Participants should be able to face their individual situation (at work) with strengthened personal stress skills. Participants receive information on stress phenomena, suggestions for developing personal stress skills and work on alternative courses of action in stressful situations.
Lecturer:
Torsten Poppek draws on his many years of experience as an administrative employee, educational specialist and managing director in his seminars. The qualified social scientist and social pedagogue has been working as a freelance coach and consultant for medium-sized companies, academies and state ministries since 2002. His core topics include leadership development, conflict moderation, team development and health management.
