Costs:

255,00 € plus VAT

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the first session; after that, the full course fee is payable.

Target group:

Apprentices in all training occupations in the first year of training

Language:
The seminar will be held in German.

Target:

A great start to working life leaves a lasting positive impression. We want to help make the start of your apprentices’ training interesting, varied and dynamic. Through numerous team tasks, exercises and discussions, your trainees will learn a great deal about business etiquette, the dos and don’ts of everyday working life, and how to act professionally in unfamiliar situations. They will learn how to conduct themselves appropriately within a team and in a new environment, and how to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and line managers.

Benefit:

By behaving appropriately in the workplace, trainees settle into their training programme more easily, and we prevent misunderstandings, conflicts and trainees dropping out. Through this one-day seminar, we lay the foundations for a successful start to the training programme.

Seminar contents:

  • First impressions count – and last! How we come across to others and what we can do to make a good first impression.
  • Greetings: what makes for the right greeting in a professional setting.
  • Introducing yourself to new colleagues: making that first contact is the key to a smooth start.
  • Using ‘du’ or ‘Sie’ – what’s the right way to address people at work?
  • Knowing the rules makes life easier! But recognising them or asking about them isn’t always that simple.
  • Using small talk skilfully with colleagues and clients, and simply striking up a conversation.
  • Giving and receiving feedback isn’t always easy – how to do it professionally!
  • Learning teamwork and team rules in a fun way – we can only achieve our goal by working together!

Throughout the day, we will work together to draw up a trainee guide on how to conduct oneself appropriately within the company.
