The seminar is aimed at executives, team leaders and aspiring leaders who:
- wish to strengthen their leadership role,
- want to effectively motivate and develop teams,

- Systemic Approaches & Communication Introduction to systemic thinking: recognising interdependencies, consciously shaping communication
- Leadership Styles
Overview of traditional and modern leadership approaches; comparing one’s own leadership style in practice.
- Motivation
Fundamentals of sustainable motivation: intrinsic drivers, purpose-orientation and individual motivational factors.
- Appreciation & Feedback
Appreciative communication, professional feedback methods and constructive dialogue.
- Circular questioning techniques
