Target group:
The seminar is aimed at executives, team leaders and managers who want to strengthen their role as inspiring and motivating leaders. It is particularly suitable for managers who:
- Be responsible for the development and motivation of teams,
- want to be more authentic and goal-oriented in their leadership role,
- want to apply effective and appropriate leadership methods in a dynamic working environment.
Target:
The aim of this seminar is to strengthen participants in their role as managers and to provide them with practical methods and ideas on how to motivate and successfully lead employees in the long term. The focus is on developing an authentic leadership style based on trust, meaningfulness and an individual approach. Participants learn to reflect on their own attitude, recognize different behavioural styles and develop situational leadership communication that inspires and encourages employees.
Contents of the seminar:
- Effective leadership starts from within: Reflecting and analyzing your own attitude.
- Understanding behavioral styles: Analyzing the different behavioral styles of your employees.
- Situational leadership: person- and situation-oriented leadership approaches.
- Communication as a tool: The art of motivating with clear and targeted communication.
- Basic needs and motivational factors: What really drives people.
- Meaningfulness as the core of motivation: How to convey meaning and promote intrinsic motivation.
- Leading with trustLetting go and at the same time managing in a goal-oriented way.
