The Digital Product Passport (DPP) is becoming mandatory in the EU – and at the same time offers new opportunities for increasing sales, customer data acquisition and brand loyalty. In this two-part online seminar, you will learn how to implement the legal requirements with confidence and use the DPP as a competitive advantage right from the start.
In the first part, you will receive a compact overview of EU regulations, learn which data is really needed and see in a live demo how the first product passports can be easily created. The second part shows how the DPP can be transformed from a purely mandatory document into an emotional brand touchpoint: It increases the visibility of your sustainability, provides valuable customer data and supports cross-selling and customer loyalty – directly at the POS, in the web store or on the smartphone.
Seminar benefits:
You will gain confidence in implementing the new EU requirements and turn the regulatory obligation into a real business case for your company.
