Target:

This course covers the topics of leadership and communication, process and project management and implementation strategies for new IT systems. The aim of this series of seminars is to qualify employees who lead a team on a project basis or manage transformation processes and require additional qualifications for this.
The course strengthens managers by enabling them to recognize their resources and skills and manage teams with confidence. Participants develop solution-oriented strategies and learn constructive conflict management. Communication and rhetoric are trained in order to conduct effective employee discussions and meetings. In project and process management, participants learn the basics, including planning, implementation and control, as well as the use of project management software. Process management is aligned with corporate strategies and the benefits of coaching in the transformation process are practiced. There is also a focus on interface management to increase efficiency and effectiveness, as well as practical strategies for introducing IT systems.
