Target:

The basic seminar in garment technology offers a comprehensive introduction to the basics of garment manufacturing. The practical course invites participants to join in with many exercises and tasks and allows them to visit the garment technology laboratories at Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. In addition to imparting knowledge, a joint evening event offers the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with experts and other participants.

The seminar covers the topics of collection construction, product development, garment manufacture and a variety of topics relating to garment production. Among other things, alternative joining methods will also be presented and the topic of digital product development will be addressed.
