Target:
Do you already have a trainer aptitude certificate and/or have you been training apprentices for several years?
In this AdA Refresh seminar, you will refresh your extensive knowledge and skills as a trainer in your company. In addition, your vocational and occupational pedagogical skills will be updated. Furthermore, we will familiarize you with the current AEVO guidelines. The seminar is also suitable for training officers who have already gained experience in dealing with trainees but have not passed the trainer aptitude test.
IHK examinations: Trainer aptitude test (AdA)
The trainer aptitude examination (AdA examination) is divided into two parts: a written examination and an oral examination. Both examinations are taken before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
